If you are a Director of a ministry (or Coordinator, or Head) or an Associate Director, this Leaders Lab is for you.
We we will gather in the Learning Center where we will focus on the following key topics as a starting point of discussion and planning:
Effective Spiritual Leadership
Intentional Discipleship
Natural Church Development (NCD) for church growth

Prep work has been emailed. Completing it will be helpful to our discussions and will jump-start the group work we will do together.
Please bring your Bibles for study (book or on your phone) and a pen for notes. Paper will be provided.
